At Lunalulu Ventures, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders. Our primary courier service is ABX Express, followed by Poslaju and J&T Express as alternative options.
1. Shipping Coverage & Rates
We currently ship to:
- Peninsular Malaysia – RM8 (for the first 1kg)
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan – RM13 (for the first 1kg)
- Singapore – RM58 (for the first 1kg)
Additional charges may apply for orders exceeding 1kg. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia: 1-5 business days
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 3-7 business days
- Singapore: 5-10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s schedule and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or peak seasons.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order using the respective courier’s website:

5. Shipping Delays & Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier directly or email us at lunaluluscarf@gmail.com for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or require self-collection from their nearest branch.
7. International Shipping
At the moment, we only offer international shipping to Singapore. If you require shipping to other countries, kindly email us for further arrangements.
